Is your heart trying to tell you something?
St Charles’ team of Heart Nurse Navigators are leading a FREE class on April 16th at 10:30 in the Broughton Room at Crook County Library. This event, hosted by Crook County On The Move, is open to the community so that we can learn how to improve heart health while developing skills to prevent or manage cardiovascular conditions.
The class will include information about how the heart works and how to recognize signs of a heart attack. We will learn everyday skills to enhance our heart health. We’ll discuss nutrition and specific foods that enhance our heart health and receive tips on how to add those foods to our diet.
No advance registration is required. Join us in the Broughton Room at Crook County Library on April 16th at 10:30.
