Walk With Ease – a Virtual Class

Start the new year off on the right foot!  Join the Walk With Ease program by phone or computer – regardless of your age, ability or location.  This is a free program that aims to reduce pain, build confidence in being physically active , improve overall health and provide enjoyment as you connect with others across the state.  The class will meet twice a week from January 8th to February 14th from 9:30 am to 10:am.  Can’t make that time?  Register to receive recorded classes at walk.oregonstate.edu or call 541.572.5263 ext. 25285
