On-Line Food Preservation Course Offered

Interested in safely preserving food for you and your family but don’t have time for traditional classes?

It is time to think about gifting yourself or a loved one with an online, hybrid course, Preserve at Home. Oregon State University Extension invites you to enroll in Preserve at Home, a national award-winning, 6 week online food safety and preservation course.

Registration deadline is Monday, January 13, 2020. The first class opens on-line on Thursday, January 16, 2020. Cost is $55.00. Register at https://extension.oregonstate.edu/deschutes/
