• Access the eligibility survey by texting “VEGGIE” to 797979.
• Go to HDFFA.org/VeggieRx and click “for people who want to enroll”.
Start dates:
Bend: June 10th
Prineville: June 25th
Redmond: July 7th
Eligibility:
• Must be experiencing food insecurity.
• Must have diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, pre-diabetes, or obesity.
