Join OSU Extension Service online for Cooking Matters Family Meal Workshops!
These no-cost lessons, hosted online by OSU Extension Nutrition Education Program educators, is geared toward caregivers of children 0-5 years old but is open to ALL to join. Participants will learn and share strategies for healthy and happy family mealtimes. Families can register for one or both lessons by following this link.
