Share The Bounty Locations 2023

“Gardening is a time-tested way not only to grow a bunch of fresh veggies but also to cultivate sense of community and for you to put down roots. Tending to your tomotaoes is relaxing and meditative. It brings people in a local neighborhood together and fosters their development of community spirit.” -The Little Book of Lykke by Meik Wiking.

What is Share The Bounty?  It is a community exchange of bounty from local gardens and sharing fresh produce with our friends.  This is a great way to reduce food waste from your garden and share it with others in the community.

Any gardener can bring clean fresh excess produce from their garden to share with others and even take home a different vegetable that didn’t produce well for you.  If your not a gardener, feel free to share in other’s bountiful gardens by taking fresh produce home to enjoy. That’s right…anyone can take advantage of this opportunity to try fresh locally grown produce – for free!

Nourish families and prevent food waste – If you have excess produce, join the “Share The Bounty” effort by sharing that excess to help those that are food insecure.
